Wondering what to ask during a venue tour? There are a lot of details you'll need to cover before officially booking your venue. Bring our list of 22 questions to ask during a venue tour!
1. What is the maximum capacity? Is there a minimum required?
2. What is included in the packages? What is an “add-on”?
Tip // Make sure to inquire about what sizes/styles are available for anything included.
(Tables, Chairs, Linens, etc.)
3. Do you have our date available? If not, do you have our alternate dates available?
Tip // Come up with at least 3 alternate dates just in case the venue does not have your first option available!
4. What are the rental hour options? Is there sufficient time for decorating and clean up?
5. Is there a bridal/groom’s suite available? If yes, what time will we get access?
6. Is the venue handicap accessible? (if applicable)
7. Do you provide catering? If not, do you have a preferred caterer list?
