EVA & ELIAS
THEIR LOVE STORY
Growing up in Wheaton, Eva and Elias were destined to be together. Eva’s older brother used to tell her that she would eventually marry a boy he was coaching in soccer. Coincidentally, her cousins moved next door to Elias’ family and insisted she meet their neighbor. Out of the blue, Elias followed Eva on Instagram, and they wasted no time in setting up an ice cream date the following evening. They both would agree they had found the one a week after their first date. What started off as a bad day at work turned into the 'best day ever' when Elias asked Eva to go for a walk and popped the question!
THEIR WEDDING
Eva fell in love with the simple elegance of sage green, pristine white, and gentle blush pink for their intimate springtime ceremony. The following November, they chose to embrace the beauty of fall for their larger reception at The Moment on Main, with touches of burnt orange and an abundance of greenery to grace the occasion. When asked what made their wedding day so special, Eva replied, “We focused on family, faith, and our love for each other.” Uniquely choosing to separate their ceremony and reception was the best decision for Eva and Elias, as this allowed them to really focus on what was important to them and enjoy the planning process. Eva hopes that future brides advocate for what they want and make it happen!
